Driver to decode Simrad HPR 400 LBL position and depth in NMEA 0183 format.
The driver only uses the UTM N/E or UTM E/N coordinates.
Easting and Northing are converted to latitude and longitude.
Depth is decoded as negative height.
The RMS value is used for latitude/longitude/height SD.
Data is only decoded when the Status field equals 'A'.
Use an "Alert Display" to setup a "Position RMS outside limit" raw data alert to test this RMS value.
To decode the position, add a "Variable Node" for the LBL transducer to the template database.
Add a "Position Navigation System" and select driver 'Simrad HPR LBL Position', and set the right interfacing parameters.
On the second wizard page, select the LBL transducer node as antenna location.
Select for Horizontal Datum the current Survey Datum, and for Vertical Datum select the Mean Sea Level Model (because the height will be derived from the decoded depth, with a negative sign).
