After a thorough investigation by Orange Cyberdefense, it was stated that the email breach perpetrators gained access to the server.
Data from the server had not been downloaded.
Therefore, QPS is able to conclude that the data is now no longer visible or accessible by any third party.
The email is working again. This means you will receive notifications again and we will receive the links from WeTransfer. All should be working normal again.

We are contacting you because of an incident involving QPS's email server being compromised on . In this kind of attack, the attackers have access to the entirety of our email server, including email communications between you and QPS. While the JIRA Server was not attacked, the JIRA Server uses the email server to send emails to our users and us to keep communications flowing. Although we are unaware of any actual misuse of your information, we are providing notice to you and other potentially affected customers about the incident. Support Ticket System Notifications are not being sent from the QPS Email server. You as a user will not receive email notifications of the Support Ticket System of QPS - JIRA. This is because tens of thousands of organizations who run Microsoft Exchange servers have been compromised by individuals who are stealing administrator passwords and exploiting critical vulnerabilities in the email and calendaring application. Microsoft issued emergency patches on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, but they do nothing to disinfect systems that are already compromised. Our breach occurred within hours after the patch was released by Microsoft.
What you should do?
You can work with the JIRA system, by logging in directly, to work with the issues that you have created or that you are monitoring. Be aware that if you need to provide large data sets, you still can via qps.WeTransfer.com, and you will need to manually copy the link into the Comments section of the JIRA issue, for us to access the download as the email to our system will not work.
What are we doing?
We are internally working with your support ticket issues directly, and providing support via the Support Ticket System, our phone call systems, Teams, and Team Viewer. All these support systems still work and are functional.
What else can you do?
As you will not receive any notifications through the email, as long as our server is down, please check your issues frequently to see if there has been any activity. If the page has already been already open for a while, please refresh it to see if there are any updates. You could also give us a call (to choose the best support contact option go to this link) to get support in an active matter.
Be aware that you may be targeted with phishing type email campaigns that appear to come from QPS. These types of emails will sometimes contain attachments that you are asked to open, or links that you are asked to follow. If you see a suspicious email coming from QPS, please do not click on any links or attachments. Check the email address of the sender to ensure that it truly is coming from someone at QPS.
